Thesis is devoted to the theoretical justification and solution of practical problems of machine building enterprise capital structure formation. The influence of factors (return on sales, asset turnover, capitalization) on the process of machine building enterprise capital structure formation is estimated. The priority areas of improving the process of machine building enterprise capital structure formation are highlighted. The optimal ratio between capital structural elements is substantiated. The mechanism of machine building enterprise capital structure formation and in its composition the algorithm for determining the optimal ratio between equity and loan capital are improved.
