Object: the process of antitrust regulation of trade in system implementation antitrust policy. Objective: To study the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific and practical recommendations for improvement of antimonopoly regulation in food retailing in the context of the formation and implementation of antitrust competition policy in Ukraine. Method:terminological analysis method for the improvement of individual concepts;modeling method in the form of construction of descriptive model of interaction of the basic concepts of the market economy and models of formation and implementation of antitrust policy in Ukraine. Scope of use: Retailers Ukraine, economic activities of enterprises.
