Essay

Object of research: physical and chemical processes of formation of structure and properties of ceramic facade materials. Purpose of research: development resource saving and environmentally oriented technology of ceramic facade materials with a high degree of utilization technogenic waste. Research methods: gamma spectroscopy, combustion in an oxidizing environment, chemical analysis, x-ray analysis, differential thermal analysis, petrohafichnyy analysis, electron microscopic analysis. Theoretical and practical results: scientifically proved and experimentally confirmed the use of high-carbon coal flotation waste as a primary raw material after special heat training. Established physical and chemical processes burnout organic component and phase formation in the process of high-carbon coal flotation waste their preliminary heat treatment, which provides a controlled reduction in the content of free carbon and activation the mineral part of waste. The technological parameters of the thermal preparation of coal waste have been established. Novelty: the interrelation between mineral composition oversanded polymineral clay materials and their properties, which is the basis to develop formulations based on mass polymineral clay to produce ceramic building materials. The regularities of phase and structure formation in ceramic materials, which are obtained on the basis of previously prepared by waste coal, which are in the activation of the mineral waste during their training, followed by low-temperature formation of dense material structure. Degree of approbation: іn the PC "Severodonetskiy factory building ceramics" and OOO "Tsehlyar" (Lugansk) successfully conducted laboratory and industrial tests. Sphere use: additional production at coal preparation plants, building ceramics enterprises.
