Essay

Object - range of lipids and fatty acids in the body of rats with experimental hypercholesterolemia and its correction. Purpose - to find out the composition of lipids and fatty acids in the body of rats blood levels of bile acids, vitamin D3, testosterone, aldosterone and cortisol in conditions of experimental hypercholesterolemia and its correction through feeding fish oil as a feed additive. Methods: biochemical (chromatographic, photometric, monensine, fluorometrically), statistical. Novelty - first studied the composition of lipids and fatty acids, fatty acid composition of phospholipids, triacylglycerols and etherified of cholesterol in the blood plasma, liver and skeletal muscle white of rats in conditions of experimental hypercholesterolemia and its correction fish oil as a food additive. The relation between fatty acid composition eterificare of cholesterol in the organism of rats and content in the blood plasma bile acids, 25-OH-vitamin D3, testosterone, aldosterone and cortisol. Results: it is established that fed fish oil for hypercholesterolemia adjusts the exchange of lipids and fatty acids in rat organism, normalizes the level of atherogenic cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein and accelerates its transformation into bile acids, 25-OH-vitamin D3, sex hormones and hormones of adminicula glands. The experimental results can be used in training courses "Lipids", "Вiochemistry of the liver, "Вiochemistry of the blood" and "Biochemistry of the muscles".
