Essay

The object - is a process of corporate structures management including the priority forms of capital consolidation. The aim - is the development of scientific-methodological basis and certain arrangements planning to chose the strategy of corporate structures management. The methods are: systematic approach; dialectical approach of scientific abstraction; logical method; systematic-structural analyses; synthesis method; experimental-analytical method; graphical method. The thesis deals with the solving of the scientific-practical task of the choosing of corporations' management strategy in order to reach the competitive advantages. The thesis generalizes theoretical fundamentals of the essence of the corporations. Strategies of financial flows of corporations in the context of the possibility of the positive synergetic effect receiving are improved. The typology of abstract capital movement according to the institutional groups of management subjects is formed. It is analyzed the forms of corporate enterprises functioning from the view of their usage in the sphere of services. The methodical approaches as for own financial resources of corporate institutions management are developed taking into account the volatility according to the types of economic activities. In the process of forms of corporative enterprises capital exploration the peculiarities of this capital are determined. The methodological set of fundamentals of the corporations' management strategy providing is completed in the thesis. The field - is corporations' activity, a training process.
