Boiko I. Formation of development strategy for enterprises of bakery industry on the basis of complex estimation of financial state

Thesis deals with the theoretical and practical issues of formation of development strategy on the basis of complex estimation of financial state. Author determines the essence of the concept of "strategy" and summarizes the main reasons for ineffective implementation of development strategies. Author justifies the necessity of using the Balanced Scorecard for effectively implementation of strategies which is formed on the basis of financial analysis. The thesis contains the analysis of the financial state of bakery industry enterprises and identifies the key factors which are influenced on it. Author justifies methodical approach to formation of the development strategy on the basis of the definition of financial level of development and intensity of development. Author develops method of determining the level of financial development based on the financial and taxonomic analysis. Also author develops the methodical approach to the definition of a balanced financial state of the enterprise and justifies the necessity of development of financial profiles for managing of balance of financial state and determining the operational, tactical and strategic goals of the enterprise development.
