In the dissertation there is developed and substantiated concept management of product range on the basis of reflexive approaches, also organizational and information support of its implementation. The research and identification of groups of economic impact on the process formation of commodity supply food industry enterprises are revealed the groups buyers of food commodities based on their buying decisions. It was developed model of competitive rational range of products of the food enterprises industry. Proposed organizational and information provision management product portfolio based on a reflexive approach.
