Dissertation work is devoted to the decision of theoretical, methodical and organizational questions in relation to forming of labour potential of food industry's enterprises. The conception of essence of mechanism of elective management by labour potential is determined; the parts of the structure and its components are expanded. The modern state of forming and using the labour potential by the food industry's enterprises has been analysed, the necessity of forming of mechanism of effective management by labour potential of food industry's enterprises has been grounded. The component elements of competitiveness of labour potential, which account the competitive advantages and positions of food industry's enterprise have been generalized; the methods of determination and avaluotion of forming of labour potential of food industry's enterprise, which suppose delegating of authorities and transferring of information from the director to the emplace and in back order have been improved; the methodical approach for determining of effectiveness of enterprise's activity, which is grounted at the forming of effective mechanism of management by labour potential of enterprises has been developed.
