The thesis covers peculiarities of the causation of herpes viruses in the formation of mono- and associated forms of acute herpes of the mouth in children, the main pathogenetik mechanisms of the formation and progression of the disease . The General principles of diagnosis, prognosis and treatment have been defined. The predictive computer program has been developed. The program included medical complexes making possible to enhance clinical a predictive model of the computer program in which ter compustructure effectiveness and reduce the probability of formation of recurrent herpes. There were defined the most important risk factors for formation and progression of mono- and associated forms of oral acute herpes.
