Essay

The object of research is the workflow poppet rotating spray applied onto the aerosol generator. The aim of the thesis is to develop design parameters and rationale rotary atomizerr to improve processing plants fogger. Methods of theoretical studies based on the basic principles of the theory of mechanical atomization, aerohydrodynamics, theoretical mechanics and the theory of agricultural machinery. Laboratory and field experiments were carried out according to the method of two-factor experiment using an anemometer, laser tachometer, microscope and digital camera and camcorder. Result of research are developed design and reasonable values of rational design and regime parameters of the rotary atomizer. Scientific novelty of the results is the development of new provisions in the theory of the impeller, mechanical atomization, and depending on the performance of the new rotary atomizer of its parameters. Research results are used in the processing of the vineyards, and can also be used in the design of atomizers for aerosol generators for chemical protection of vineyards and palmett-gardens.
