Object of study - concomitant arterial hypertension in COPD; purpose - to increase the effectiveness of treatment of hypertensive patients with COPD based on clinical and functional characteristics of their course and their correction by including of INBHT in complex therapeutic measures; methods - clinical, instrumental, statistical; novelty - the morpho-functional features of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems in hypertensive patients with COPD was established; the complex cardio, and vaso- pulmoprotective effects of interval normobaric hypoxitherapy were proved; it was been implemented into the practice of the Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Association, Institute of Emergency and rehabilitation medicine (Donetsk), University Clinic of M. Gorky Donetsk National Medical University and the educational process of Donetsk, Kharkov and Lugansk medical universities.
