Smyrnov I. Enterprise resources management (based on materials of processing enterprises of Ukraine)

Dissertation is devoted to the to the problems of resource management in the steel industry and engineering Ukraine. Specified categories of basic definitions of the theory of resource management and highlights the current trends and the stages of transformation of the essence of resources. Made systematization enterprise resource based on the level of control over them as a consequence of constructing formal and informal relationships between stakeholders of these resources. Adapted to the practical use of complex methodological basis of evaluating the effectiveness of resource management companies in the financial and strategic plane. A conceptual approach to develop models of enterprise resource planning and reasonable set of models, which laid the basis for the development of dynamic capabilities and increased level of control over resources. Identified current trends in national enterprises of ferrous metallurgy and engineering. Reviewed by a level of strategic and cost-effectiveness of resource management investigated sample of companies and identified the type of model, according to the proposed conceptual approach. Preconditions and priorities for the development of ferrous metallurgy, machine building and a complex of measures aimed at transforming the model of resource management in order to increase its effectiveness. Made prognostic evaluation of the efficiency of resource management ferrous metals on the basis of cost criteria.
