Voloshin O. Preparation and State coordinating of the staff reproduction in the system of "Education - industrial and economic activity"

The object of the present research is to provide the national economy with the personnel of various professions, specialties and skills in optimally required quantitative and qualitative parameters. The goal of our study is to extend theoretical and methodological foundations and to develop practical recommendations concerning staff training and state coordination of personnel reproduction within the system "Education - industrial and economic activity". The author has used the following methods: comparative analysis and generalization, systematic and factorial analysis, economic and statistical analysis, systematic approach, morphological analysis, structural and logical analysis, graphic method. The theoretical value of the thesis is to highlight the nature and meaning of the staff preparation within the system "Education - industrial and economic activity" and to elucidate the peculiarities of state personnel reproduction coordination and human resources development within the system "Education - industrial and economic activity". The practical value of the research results is the complex of development measures to ensure the preparation and the state coordination of personnel reproduction within the system "Education - industrial and economic activity" basing on the methods of personnel activity estimation and planning interaction between the primary links of personnel training and usage with the active participation of educational institutions. The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in the development of the theoretical and practical recommendations concerning the preparation and the state coordination of personnel reproduction within the system "Education - industrial and economic activity". The author's recommendations are applied to ensure the coordination and the State preparation of the personnel reproduction within the system "Education - industrial and economic activity". The domain of the author's recommendations use is the State administration bodies and educational institutions.
