Essay

An object is - processes of enterprises competitiveness management. An aim is to justify and the further development of theoretical positions and methodical approaches for monitoring the quality of life as preconditions and consequences of increasing the enterprises competitiveness and the development of effective practical recommendations for their implementation in the activity of the enterprise. Methods - methods of scientific knowledge: the dialectic, logical, historical; the ascent from the abstract to the concrete, and from the concrete to the abstract; monitoring group, comparison, classification, analysis and synthesis, synthesis, comprehensive, systematic, economic-mathematical modelling and statistical techniques. The results are - scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles of competitiveness management based on quality of life, and forming of conclusions and practical recommendations on procedures for their improvement. Novelty - were justified methodical principles of priority management quality of life, which take into account the factors of influence on increasing of the enterprises competitiveness on the basis of the developed model of forecasting factors of the development potential of enterprises; improved conceptual approach to the essence of the total quality management of the enterprises activity, which includes the formation of increasing competitiveness strategy; supplemented tools for determining indicators of the quality of life, dedicated to control competitiveness bakeries; building a model of the management processes system with consideration of their impact on the quality of life; the development of a formal model of determination of the vector control quality of life to improve the competitiveness of bread-baking enterprises; defined forecasting methods of production factors that determine the quality of life and the formation competitiveness; methodological approach for determining the diagnosis and evaluation of the bakeries competitiveness. Embedded in the activities of PJSC "Chernivtsi bakery", the SRP "Clepsydra" , Department of economic development and trade of the Chernivtsi regional state administration, Department of social protection of the population of Chernivtsi regional state administration and in the educational process of the Chernivtsi trade and economic Institute of the Kyiv national trade and economic University.
