Shtimer L. Strategic analysis of the physical resources potential of the enterprise

Object – strategic analysis of potential financial resources of the company. Purpose – to develop theoretical concepts and practical recommendations for improving methods of strategic analysis of potential financial resources in conjunction with the system performance of the company. Methods – Economic and statistical methods (analysis and evaluation of production cost and effectiveness of potential Consumers); general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction (for the study of conceptual approaches to determining the economic substance of the strategic analysis); economic-mathematical methods (to study the relationship between firm performance to predict the effective use of the potential financial resources and its impact on output), correlation (for the study of communication between general indicator and the factors that contribute to its change), linear programming (optimization model for designing efficient use of material resources capacity). Results – the scientific study of theoretical and methodological foundations of strategic analysis of potential Consumers, forming conclusions and practical suggestions on procedures to improve them. Novelty – proposed interpretation potential of the company as an integrated index that characterizes the quality and quantity of the capabilities of enterprise and shows that he has adequate facilities for effective economic activity; improved methods of conducting strategic analysis of the potential effectiveness of the use of material resources of the target for its compliance with the identified strategies; model-based analysis of the effectiveness of strategic management, development and potential use of material resources is improved identification procedure for analysis; The system of indicators characterizing the efficiency of the components of potential material resources; improved procedure for determining the break-even load factor of production and on the basis of the analytical method; received further development of marginal analysis method based on the cost of material and financial resources in the calculation of the value of profit planning capabilities; were further developed for determining the economic merits of potential material resources as derived from the resource potential.
