Martovickaja O. Legal Aid Realization at the Stage of Pretrial Investigation

This thesis is devoted to the comprehensive research of legal aid realization at the stage of preliminary investigation. The concept, essence and system of constitutional guarantees of legal aid realization at the stage of pretrial investigation are characterized. It made possible to offer the author's definition of this term. Historical and legal analysis of the scientific development state of the institution of legal aid realization is accomplished. As a result the prevalence of the term "legal aid" over the term "juridical assistance" is defined. Peculiarities of international and legal regulation and cooperation in realizing legal aid are disclosed.
