The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical concepts and practical recommendations grounding aimed at improving the tools for activation and regulation of industry innovation activity in Ukraine. The state and trends of the industry innovation activity in Ukraine have been analyzed. The perspectives of innovative industry development in Ukraine based on variant scenario forecasting have been substantiated. The conceptual approaches to enhance and regulate industry innovation activity on the basis of program- target management have been proposed.
