Essay

Goal: to summarize the theoretical provisions, to analyze the features and to develop methodological and practical recommendations for improving investment process management efficacy and determining its impact on economic development of the agrarian sector. Object: the investment process and its impact on economic development of agrarian sector of the national economy. Research methods: statistical and economical; economical and mathematical; abstract-logical. Theoretical results: the basis for further development of the theoretical and methodological fundamentals as well as practical recommendations for investment activity in the agricultural sector is created. Practical results: recommendations to increase the efficiency of the investment process and to control its impact on the development of the agricultural sector are developed. Scientific novelty: the mechanism of the impact of agricultural policy on the development of investment processes is substantiated, this mechanism is based on defininition of the complex of factors, which influence their effectiveness, establishment of the aggregate risks of investment activities in the agricultural sector, assessment of the liability of investors for the social and economical results of investment projects implementation. Level of implementation: Kyiv region State Administration, APC "RASAVKA",State Enterprise "UkrCVT", NUL EU. Efficiency: the obtained results are the basis for further scientific studies related to the increace of the investment process efficiency and the regulation of its impact on economic development of agrarian sector. Scope of use: Central and local executive authorities, local self-government bodies, higher education institutions, agricultural enterprise.
