Sychova O. Organization and economic principles of effective land use of agricultural enterprises

Aim: to explain theoretical and methodological standpoints and practical recommendations concerning efficient land use taking into consideration economic, social and ecological components. Object: process of efficient land use of agricultural enterprises. Methods of investigation: statistical and economic; economic and mathematical; abstract and logical; monographic. Theoretical results: we developed the basis for further enrichment of theoretic and methodic standpoints and practical recommendations concerning increasing efficiency of land use of agricultural enterprises. Practical results: we developed scientifically explained recommendations concerning increasing the efficiency of land use of agricultural enterprises. Scientific novelty: developed economic and mathematic model of optimizing effective land use of agricultural enterprises, which consists of combining economic, social, and ecologic efficiency taking into consideration the level of manufacture resource provision, the usage of which gives a possibility to balance the business interest of agricultural population of state. Level of implementation: Board of agro-industrial development of Borodynska district state administration of Kyiv oblast; LLC "Kolos" in Kyiv oblast; National university of bio resources and management of nature of Ukraine. Efficiency: the results of the investigation help to increase the efficiency of land use of agricultural enterprises. Sphere of usage: central and local bodies of executive power, municipal government committees, higher education establishments, agricultural enterprises.
