Aim: theoretical, methodological, and methodical explanation of ways of functioning and economic development of enterprises which manufacture oil-bearing crops and their derivative products. Object: full providing of economic development of enterprises which manufacture oil-bearing crops and their derivative products. Investigation methods: economic and mathematic, balance. Theoretical results: created the basis for further development of theoretical and methodical standpoints and practical recommendations concerning functioning and economic development of enterprises which manufacture oil-bearing crops and their derivative products.Practical results: developed recommendations concerning functioning and economic development of enterprises which manufacture oil-bearing crops and their derivative products. Scientific novelty: developed a balance model "expenses-production" of a number of enterprises which manufacture oil-bearing crops with its possibility to optimize the final production structure and prediction of enterprise development on the market of oil-bearing crops and their derivative products using ecological and economic criteria.
