Baliuk I. Administrative-legal bases of government regulation of co-operatives' activity in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the research of problem questions of administrative-legal provision and practical realization of government regulation of co-operatives' activity. The analysis of the main points of co-operatives' activity as the subject of government regulation of administrative-legal relations is done. The concept of the co-operatives and their classification is improved. Based on the positions already existing in scientific sources the author suggests her own classification of principles and functions of government regulation of co-operatives' activity in Ukraine. The debatable issues of the system of organs of government regulation of the co-operatives' activity are considered. The special emphasis is attended to the question of internal management of co-operatives.
