The thesis contains scientifically based regulations, conclusions and suggestions on the improvement of the legal regulation mechanisms of the adversarial principle realisation in Ukrainian administrative proceedings with the participation of military units of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. The analysis of the scientific concepts of the adversarial principle realisation in Ukrainian administrative proceedings is conducted. New scientific data on the adversarial principle content and its functional designation as well as peculiarities of adversarial principle operation in Ukrainian administrative legal proceedings are analysed based on the current legislation adopted with a view to the administrative reform development.
