Ikalchyk M. Parametres substantiation of the scraper for manure scrape.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of improving the quality of manure scrape in the loose boxed manner keeping cattle and reduce of energy costs by developing construction scraper installation of front work surface of scrapers in a dump. A mathematical model of the scrapers interaction of the scraper with manure, analysis of which made it possible to determine the magnitude of the resistance movement of the scraper. Theoretically and experimentally the effect of opening angle scraper, scrapers angle slope and speed of the scraper on the power consumption, productivity, cleaning quality of manure channel, energy cost of manure scrape, improved specific energy cost of scraper installations based on quality work. Based on the results of the research and systems analysis the recommendation of scraper installation design are presented that can reduce energy consumption by manure cleaning and to improve the cleaning quality of manure channel. Recommendations are reserved by 2 patents on useful model.
