The thesis is devoted to the development of methodical approaches to the selection of optimal development directions which the industrial enterprises made in the conditions of globalization. Expanded the methodical toolkit of an estimation the external environment, namely the level of globalization of the countries' placement the industrial enterprise. The conditions of the internal state of the enterprise are assessed. There is the deter-mination of the optimal of enterprise's development direction through the use of a our-economic-mathematical model. There is scientifically substantiated the need for methodical approach which is based on - selection of the optimal industrial enterprise's development directions. Also there is scientifically substantiated the calculation of an optimization model that allows to determine the sequence of events regarding the implementation of the cho-sen development direction in the conditions of globalization for the rational allocation the financial resources for these activities. Practical approbation of the proposed method, the choice of directions of development of industrial enterprises in the conditions of globalization, led to the conclusion of the appropriateness and effectiveness of its use in the practice of determining the further development of the company and development strategies in the industry.
