Essay

This dissertation is dedicated to the researches of theoretical and practical aspects of the operation and development of rural areas in the system of national economy. The level of rural development allowing for the sustenance, living conditions and opportunities for the natural environment was grounded in order to ensure effective production and business, health and recreation, environmental and social functions. The analysis of the functioning of the agrarian sector as an important component of rural development was done. The conceptual approaches to the regulation of rural development were offered.
