The thesis presents a research on linguostylistic, pragmatic and linguosynergetic features of the English-speaking scientific agrotechnical discourse as a component of the agricultural discourse. The English-speaking scientific agrotechnical discourse communication sphere is characterized by usage scientific technical terminology, in particular terms, neologisms, professional jargon, abbreviations, internationalisms, realias and is attended by functioning linguistic and speech means of expressiveness. The research marks out the stylistic features of the English-speaking scientific agrotechnical discourse that coincide with the instrumentality of the scientific discourse stylistic features. While researching this list was enlarged by logical expressivity and intertextuality. Stylistic features become apparent on every linguistic level but completely explicit on the textual and discourse levels. The research of the English-speaking scientific agrotechnical discourse studies pragmatic characteristics and marks out pragmatic functions, fulfils the pragmatic analysis of the types of sentences in the texts under consideration, systemizes speech strategies, and creates the classification of the scientific agrotechnical discourse. The English-speaking scientific agrotechnical discourse is defined as a functionally specialized type of the scientific discourse and professional communication that includes technical and technological areas in the agricultural sector; its aim is to ensure communication effectiveness in specific scientific and technical spheres. The synergetic research technique of the English-speaking scientific agrotechnical discourse considers such conceptions as self-organized system, attractor, repeller, polarization, order parameter, as well as application these conceptions to the texts under study. The synergetic text analysis on lingual and speech, pragmatic and cognitive levels is relevant for the texts of the English-speaking scientific agrotechnical discourse.
