Object of study is the process of development and regulation of leasing relations in the agricultural enterprises. The aim of the dissertation research is the development and scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological framework and develop practical recommendations for the development and activation of leasing operations in agricultural enterprises, in particular in the direction of solving problems of greening. During the study used such scientific methods: method of knowledge and abstract-logical approach; the method of system analysis and comparison, and logical method of generalization; correlation and regression analysis; the method of expert estimations; SWOT analysis; the method of complex assessment and structural logic simulation; mathematical-statistical method. Scientific novelty of the results consists in expanding the theoretical-methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations for the development and activation of leasing operations in agricultural enterprises, in particular in the direction of solving problems greening of land resources and production of ecologically safe production; for the first time based holistic concept of development of leasing operations on updating of material-technical base of agricultural enterprises on the basis of complex application of theoretical and methodological approaches to the assessment of their economic efficiency, taking into account environmental component of reproduction process in agricultural production, as well as features of forming and functioning of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises.
