Object of the study: the cardiovascular system of patients with hypothyroidism. Aim of the stady: to evaluate the peculiarities of changes in the cardiovascular system in patients with hypothyroidism and to define the role of the traditional and alternative risk factors in their development to further improve diagnostiki and stratification of risk of cardiovascular complications and timely adequate therapy. Methods of the study and equipment: General clinical, biochemical, enzyme immunoassay, instrumental and statistics; ultrasound (PHILIPS IE 33), Immulite 2000 (SIEMENS), the analyzer Sysmex. Theoretical and practical results: on the basis of studying structure and hemodynamics of the vessels of brain and heart in patients with hypothyroidism and a study of the role of alternative and classic risk factors expanded views on criteria for the development of endothelial dysfunction (ED Endothelial dysfunction contributes to the remodeling of the heart and blood vessels, which in turn, cause the progression of cardiovascular disease in patients with hypothyroidism. Proved the feasibility of defining the structure and condition of hemodynamics of the vessels of brain and heart in patients with hypothyroidism associated with arterial hypertension. The use of classical and alternative risk factors allows to determine the degree of development of cardiovascular complications and assign adequate therapy. Novelty: a thorough examination of the cardiovascular system has allowed to expand the idea of criteria remodeling of the heart and brain vessels in patients with hypothyroidism. It is established that a more marked degree of atherosclerosis in patients with hypothyroidism occurs when the arterial hypertension. For the first time made an analysis of the relationship of risk factors for cardiovascular disease with metabolic parameters in patients with hypothyroidism showing that changes proinflammatory and thrombotic factors include additional risk factors of atherosclerosis, which is the basis for the development of coronary heart disease, disorders mozgovogo circulation. The degree of implementation: results of researches are introduced into clinical practice of medical institutions LLC "Boris": endocrine, cardiovascular and neurological profile to improve the efficiency of diagnostics of cardiovascular diseases. Sphere of application: endocrinology.
