Drobotina K. Organization of economic management integrated industrial enterprises based on budgeting

The object of research is the process of economic management of industrial enterprises within the integrated corporate structures (holdings). The methods of the research are the follows: analysis and synthesis, generalization, statistical analysis, hierarchical analysis and comparative analysis. The results of the research are the follows: the bases of the management theory of the large corporate structures were developed; the conceptual model of strategic management of the integrated industrial enterprises and the financial mechanism of the integrated industrial enterprise were improved; the organizational - methodical approach of economic management developing of integrated industrial enterprises, basing on budgeting, was justified; the components of the methodical approach to the efficiency assessment of the integrated holding structural divisions activity were improved, the organizational approach to the planning, the determination and the control of the production costs of the industrial enterprise within in the holding was improved, the model of the budgeting organization of the integrated industrial enterprise was developed, the methodical recommendations for the formation of the key efficiency indicators system and the approach of the assessment of the integrated corporate structures efficiency were also developed. The practical significance of the dissertation is determined by the implementation of its' results into the industrial enterprises activity.
