The thesis is devoted to actual scientific problems of improvement of technology maintenance and diagnostics bogies of passenger cars while driving. To solve this problem was improved method of acoustic control bogies on which modified the method and device manufactured board condition monitoring bogies of passenger cars while driving. The economic efficiency of this device demonstrated by appropriate calculations.
