Lutskov V. Structural policy as a factor of economic growth Ukraine

The object is the processes of the forming and implementing of structural policy as a factor of economic growth. The aim is to estimate the structural features of the national economy, which determine the algorithm of structural policy forming as a factor of economic growth in Ukraine. Methods and facilities are: analysis and synthesis; systematization and classification; comparative, retrospective and situational analysis using the quantitative evaluation methods. Theoretical and practical results are possibilities to apply the application in the development, study and identification of key structural providing of the national economy as a factor of economic growth. Novelty is an algorithm for the forming of structural policy and the improvement of: complementary effect study on the economic growth potential of simultaneous implementation of structural policy and stabilization measures; approaches to the assessment of capital of non-financial enterprises; determination of industrial component as the basic condition for the implementation of structural policy.
