The object of research is the process of formation, evaluation and implementation of corporate social responsibility activities in industrial enterprises. Methods: analysis and synthesis, comparative statistical analysis, logic synthesis, analytical and simulation, economic-mathematical methods, statistics methods, methods of expert assessments, induction and deduction. Results: improved selection criteria of stakeholders, approaches to assessing the interaction between stakeholders and industrial enterprises, methodical approach analysis effects of the components of corporate social responsibility on the financial performance of industrial enterprises, scientific and methodical approach to assessing sustainability of industrial enterprises in the interests of stakeholders. Has been further developed the theoretical apparatus concept of corporate social responsibility, ordering the stages of evolution theory of strategic management of industrial enterprises , scientific and methodical approach to assessing the level of implementation of corporate social responsibility in industrial undertakings, constituting non-financial reporting industrial enterprises. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by the implementation of its results in the industrial enterprises activity.
