Dissertation is devoted to the complex research of theoretical, organizational and legal principles of the informative providing of administrative activity in the taxation sphere. The concept of the administrative activity in the taxation sphere, the informative providing of administrative activity in the taxation sphere, the concept of collection of tax information are given and the practical recommendations in form the grounded propositions to the articles 14, 39, 48, 73 of the Tax codes of Ukraine concerning the improvement of the legal regulation of the informative providing of administrative activity in the taxation sphere are formulated.
