Essay

In the thesis the recommendations for improvement of personnel management system based on the formation of an effective mechanism for personnel management are developed. Methodical approaches of the staff use effectiveness evaluation are proposed. The estimation model of selection and implementation of personnel management mechanism is upgraded; unlike the existing one, it is based on the selection and allocation of workers of enterprise structural units according to activity directions by optimizing the number of employees.
