Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of ways to improve relations connected with land. The dissertation summarizes theoretical aspects of land relations, land lease in particular. According to the results of the study the necessity of forming proposals to further develop and improve leasing relations under the conditions of long-term lease was justified. The recommendations for the rational and efficient use of agricultural land in agricultural production were proposed. The optimum size of crop areas in the agricultural enterprises of the district on the basis of the developed optimization model was determined.
