Yaremchuk V. Engaging a specialist in investigative operations (organization and tactics).

This thesis is devoted to development of theoretical principles of organization and tactics of engaging a specialist in investigative operations. The specialist's role during investigative operations was determined. The forms of assistance which specialists provide in accordance with the Code of Criminal Proceedings of Ukraine were described. The specialist's duties and responsibilities during pretrial investigation were systemized. Mechanisms of collaboration between the investigator and the specialist in the course of investigative operation were studied. The specialist's participation in operations conducted by particular investigative groups was described. The tactics of engaging a specialist in certain investigative operations were devised. Tactical instruments which the specialist employs according to the particular type of investigative operation were proposed.
