Maryna B. Evaluation of the bank business management' efficiency in the system of financial relationships of their stakeholders

The dissertation research is devoted to the development of the theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations for evaluation of the bank business management' efficiency in the system of financial relationships of their stakeholders. The criteria system of stakeholders designation has been developed, portfolio of financial relationship with them has been suggested, approach to the interpretation of the essence of bank business management' efficiency and its evaluation based on the managerial ffficiency concept has been improved, distributed lag model that allows to determine strategically important financial relationships with stakeholders has been worked-out based on the level of their controllability by the bank management, degree of impact on the growth of the bank business' value-added and considering time lags at the formulation of the system of financial relationships with banks' stakeholders and making managerial decisions, proposals concerning improvement of the regulatory and legal framework of corporate governance in Ukraine has been suggested.
