Kuzminovа O. Efficiency of management of logistics flows in the mining company

The thesis is devoted to actual problems in logistic management in the mining companies, development of scientific and methodological approaches and practical recommendations as for improvement of logistic flows efficiency of mining company. The existing research and methodological approaches to defining the basic concepts of logistics are analyzed and improves definition of "information logistics"; conceptual positions of logistic flow management efficiency. A methodical approach to evaluating the effectiveness of logistic flows of mining company and the recommendations for improving the organization of logistic flow on the basis of schematic representation of logistic information flow movement are suggested. By means of process modeling the process structure of an information model of extractive enterprise logistic flow that organizes and combines information flow in the issue of management by the logistic flow and processes over them is developed. Additionally, the model enables the company to attract individual specialists for solving logistical problems and reduce the cost of information and analytical support to the logistic company activity.
