In the dissertation socio-economic role of accommodation facilities in tourism development was revealed and theoretical points of accommodation facilities activity performance were studied. The essence and accommodation facilities diagnostic tools performance was searched. Methodological support for accommodation facilities performance diagnostic offered by author was applied in the part of choice of the balanced scorecard for the problems that hinder the growth of their financial results. Introduction of flexible pricing policy of accommodation facilities in system diagnostics of their performance was grounded, staff motivation system was formed on the basis of the offered diagnostic system performance and measures to implement corporate social responsibility in mass placing in order to improve their performance were suggested.
