Thesis deals with the problem of increasing the treatment efficacy in patients with hypersensitive teeth having periodontal disease by the differential selection of optimal desensitizing preparations of local and general action and the terms of their application allowing the mineralization of dental hard tissues and clinical course. On the basis of clinical and laboratory studies found high therapeutic efficiency of differential prescribing method for remineralization of enamel and deep cervical tooth fluoridation in hyperesthesia in patients with generalized periodontitis have been determined. The application of the proposed method of differential treatment of teeth hyperesthesia in patients with generalized periodontitis has reduced the number of relapses in 1 year by 25%, allowing to recommend it widespread use in the practice of dentistry.
