Oleynichuk V. Particularity flowing and treatment of generalized parodontitis in patients with gastoduodenal pathology, associated with the infection of Helicobacter рylori.

Dissertation work is dedicated to increasing the efficiency of treatment chronical generalized parodontit for patients with gastro-duodenal pathology associated with the infection of Helicobacter рylori by studying clinical and pathogenetical factors of conjuct diseases flowing and elaboration of therapeutical complex for the correction of this conditions. In the thesis the pathogenetical role of microbiocenosis transgression, lipoperoxidation off cell's membranes and morphological changing in epithelium of parodontal pockets have been determined. Have been worked out the method of treatment with using antibacterial and antioxidantical chemicals for patients with generalized parodontit combined with ulcerous illness associated with the Helicobacter's pylori infection. Conducted investigations demonstrated us strongly pronounced ability of worked out complex theraphy method to normalized hygienic and parodontal indexes, standardized contents of pathogen microorganisms in tissues of parodontal pockets, applied the brakes to not fermentative link of free-radical oxidation organical compounds that has positive representation for dynamics of pathological process in patients with combined flowing of generalized parodontit and ulcerous illness. The researches lighted up in thesis allow us to compare the results effectiveness using different charts of treatment of generalized parodontit in pations with ulcerous illness and formulated optimal and effective its practical using.
