The theses are dedicated to the analysis of judicial control over the execution of court decisions within administrative proceedings. Legal nature of a judicial control over the execution of court decisions is defined. Formation and development of the institute of judicial control over the execution of court decisions in administrative proceedings of Ukraine is characterized. Influence of the European Court of Human Rights practice on the normative definition of control over the court decisions within administrative proceedings is researched. Procedure of carrying out a control over the execution of court decisions in Ukraine is analyzed. Classification of ways of carrying out a judicial control over the execution of court decisions within administrative proceedings in Ukraine is suggested and proposals as regards to improving the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine are made.
