Object of research: the process of formation the system of development of international economic activity of enterprises of poultry on the basis of non-tariff regulation. Objective: developing of theoretical positions and justification of practical recommendations for formation the system of development of international economic activity of enterprises of poultry on the basis of non-tariff regulation. Methods: systematic approach, induction and deduction, economic and statistical analysis, classical statistical techniques, economic and mathematical modeling, peer reviews. Novelty: for the first time developed the model of development of international economic activity of enterprise based on the establishment of priority directions for optimizing of components the system of foreign economic activities and the interpretation of the impact of non-tariff regulation measures, improved the positions from analysis of export potential of enterprises of poultry, the positions from evaluating the impact of non-tariff regulation measures on potential sales markets, strategic sets of implementation the international economic activity of enterprises of poultry. Sphere of use: in the activities of the Main Department of Economy of the Lutsk City Council, enterprises of poultry, namely LLC "Gubin" of agro-industrial group "Pan Kurchak", JSC "Bereznivske ptahopidpryyemstvo", JSC "Velykolyubinske", in the learning process of the Eastern European National University named by Lesya Ukrainka.
