Object of research: the process of evaluation of the system of corporate management at enterprises of telecommunications under conditions of competitive environment. Objective: substantiation the theoretical foundations, development of methodical positions and practical recommendations for improving the assessment the system of corporate governance of telecommunications operators. Methods: monographic, system, factor analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, graphic. Novelty: for the first time designed the model for improving the effectiveness of corporate governance operators of domestic telecommunications market which allows to isolate factors of influence the level of corporate governance on the number of subscribers who are served by the operators of the telecommunications market, improved components the system of corporate governance of telecommunications operators, methods of evaluation the system of corporate governance and construction of rapid assessment the rating of enterprises of operators of telecommunication market, consistency the formation of corporate strategy the operators of telecommunication market.
