Gomada V. Administrative-legal Provision of Management Procedures in Courts of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to definition of essence and peculiarities of management procedures in courts of Ukraine, and also to outlining ways of enhancement of their administrative-legal provision. The work ascertains peculiarities of the court as a subject of Administrative Law, defines its notion. It formulates notion and defines significance of management procedures in courts' activity. The dissertation characterizes participants of management procedures in courts, characterizes their specific features and criteria of classification. The work examines peculiarities of legal regulation of management procedures in courts. The dissertation defines main types of management procedures in courts.
