Shtanko O. Energy management of agricultural enterprises

Theoretical and methodical principles were substantiated; practical recommendations to ensure efficient activity of agricultural enterprises on the basis of energy supply processes management were developed in the thesis. New regularities to ensure the efficient activity of agricultural enterprises taking into account the impact of energy using factor are determined. There was substantiated the system of measures that enable to increase the efficiency of enterprises activity on the base of application of energy using potential are substantiated. Methodical principles regarding the formation of the mechanism of motivation of agricultural enterprise staff; that relied on scenario analysis, strategy choice of profits distribution and application of increase curves in conformity with the ideology and with attraction of energy management tools are developed. Conceptual model of energy management of agricultural enterprise was improved, methods of analysis and evaluation of its efficiency is developed. Complex of analytic and econometric models of energy management efficiency using estimating indices of energy, economic, ecological and social content is created. Economic effect of the implementation of elaborated recommendations on the base of research results is formed, primarily, due to decreasing of energy consumption of agricultural production; it is achieved by means of optimization of production and management functions, as well as increasing of staff motivation.
