Goncharuk T. Formation of the Mechanism of Innovative Provision of Biofuel Industry Development

Theoretical foundations of the mechanisms and innovative development of the economy are investigated and generalized in the dissertation. Ecological and economic advantages and contradictions of biofuel production development in Ukraine are specified, international experience of the formation and innovative provision of biofuel production development is analysed and generalized. Analytical characteristics of agricultural production in forming raw-material base of the biofuel industry in Ukraine are given. Methodical regulations for the assessment of the effectiveness of innovative provision of biofuel production are developed, which makes it possible to evaluate the potential of energy crop cultivation for biofuel production. The model of the mechanism of innovative provision of biofuel production is offered. Interrelations of the current state of innovative activities in agro-industrial complex and biofuel production as its economic subsystem are substantiated. Theoretical and methodical regulations of the nature and functional characteristics of the mechanisms of economic development are improved. Institutions and institutional incentives of the functionality of the mechanism of innovative provision of biofuel production are formed.
