The thesis is devoted to the justification of the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical guidelines for the formation and functioning of institutional mechanisms for the strategic management of investments in the agri-food sector. The concept of forming a complex agro- investment sphere at the level of the integrated formation, representing associations of various forms of property, specializing in the production of certain product lines and are part of one and / or related industries associated economic relations in the production and distribution of goods and services in a specific market segment ( territory) in order to optimize the use and allocation of investment resources.
