Dissertation is devoted to defining peculiarities of administrative-legal support of disciplinary proceedings in courts system of Ukraine as an instrument of support of discipline and legality in professional activity of judges. The work characterizes essence and content of disciplinary proceedings in the court system. It depicts system of subjects of disciplinary proceedings in the court system and their authorities. The dissertation uncovers legal bases of support of disciplinary proceedings in the court system and the place of administrative-legal regulation among them. The work asserts peculiarities of disciplinary liability of officers of the court system. It defines system of principles of disciplinary proceedings in the court system. The dissertation asserts tasks and function of disciplinary proceedings in the court system. The work studies organizational forms and support of disciplinary proceedings realization in the court system. It specifies administrative-legal methods of organization and realization of disciplinary proceedings in the court system. The dissertation discovers peculiarities of organizational activity of subjects, which conduct disciplinary proceedings in the court system.
