Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of morphological and functional features of human ejaculated sperm in male infertility in order to establish morphological criteria for potential male fertility diagnosis and therapeutic measures tactics of this pathology. Sperm DNA fragmentation (> 30%) - is a biomarker of male infertility, which is both sufficiently sensitive (0.94) and specific (0.75) criterion.
